1. Who we are

These terms apply to everything you buy or use on this website: the PDF guides, the EA Playbook online course, coaching, LinkedIn done-for-you and discovery calls. By buying or using any of them, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and services
PDF guides (The EA Playbook, The LinkedIn Guide): digital downloads, delivered on screen straight after payment.
The EA Playbook online course: lifetime access to the course for the person who bought it, delivered by email login within minutes of confirming your email after payment.
Bundle: the EA Playbook PDF plus the online course.
Coaching, LinkedIn done-for-you and discovery calls: services booked with Kim, when available. These are currently paused and waitlist only.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. US dollar prices shown on the site are approximate; you pay in rand and your bank converts it. Launch prices are limited-time and may change without notice, but the price you paid is the price you keep. Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery and immediate access
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate access and agree that the 7-day cooling-off period under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply once the product has been delivered or accessed (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). If you haven’t received your download or login within 24 hours, email us and we will sort it out.
5. Your licence to use the content
All guides, course lessons, templates and materials are the intellectual property of Virtually Kim. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and work. You may not share, resell, copy, upload, record or distribute them, or share your course login. Templates may be used and adapted in your own EA work. We may remove access, without a refund, if these rules are broken.
6. Certificate and recommendation letter
The certificate of completion and letter of recommendation are issued by Virtually Kim when you meet the course requirements. They are not an accredited qualification, and they don’t guarantee employment, clients or income.
7. Results
Our guides, course and coaching share real experience and practical methods. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances, so we can’t promise specific outcomes, earnings or clients.
8. Course updates
We may update, improve or add to the course and guides over time. Buyers will hear about updates first and get a discount on any new lessons added after their purchase. New lessons or products may be sold separately.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the website and course available at all times, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The course is hosted on systeme.io; planned maintenance or third-party outages may happen.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, Virtually Kim is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Digital products (PDF guides, online course and bundle)
Because our guides and course are digital and delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds once a product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed. By buying, you ask for immediate access and agree that the 7-day cooling-off period no longer applies once you have received the product.
We will give a full refund if:
you were charged twice or by mistake for the same product;
you didn’t receive your download or course login and we can’t fix it within 5 working days of you contacting us; or
the product is faulty or materially different from its description and we can’t fix it.
If you bought something by mistake and haven’t downloaded or accessed it yet, email us within 7 days of payment and we will cancel it and refund you.
Coaching and discovery calls
You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your session.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are not refundable, but we will try to offer one reschedule.
If we need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
The discovery call fee is credited towards coaching or LinkedIn done-for-you if you go ahead.
LinkedIn done-for-you
Full refund if you cancel before your kickoff call.
After the kickoff call, work has started and the fee isn’t refundable. We will finish the work, including reasonable revisions, so you get what you paid for.
How to ask for a refund or cancel
Email kimiko@virtually-kim.com with your name, the email you used, what you bought and your PayFast payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made back to your original payment method through PayFast, usually within 7–10 working days (your bank may take longer to show it). When a course purchase is refunded, course access is removed.
This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

To send updates about your course or products, and occasional news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business: systeme.io (website, course and email) and PayFast (payments). We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing kimiko@virtually-kim.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

I’m a mom of two from Cape Town, South Africa, a Business Operations Specialist and a qualified paralegal. I work remotely with clients across the UK, the UAE and the USA.
Where it started
I started out as an EA not even knowing what Google Meet was. I Googled everything, made plenty of mistakes and taught myself the job. Four years on, I’ve supported CEOs, founders and athletes, and I still love that no two days are the same.
Today I earn in US dollars, British pounds and UAE dirhams, working from home on my own terms.

Yes. Pass all five Module Challenges and the Final Assessment and you unlock a Virtually Kim certificate of completion, plus a signed letter of recommendation to share with new clients. It isn’t an accredited qualification; it’s my acknowledgement of the work you’ve done.
How long does the launch price last?
The launch price of R730 is for early students and won’t be around forever. Once it ends, The EA Playbook goes back to R1 045.
